The Accessory Switch is a Remote Controller that sends wireless ON/OFF messages to HALO HOME Smart Lighting and Devices. Program this Accessory Switch using the HALO HOME app to wirelessly command HALO HOME products. There are 2 primary ways to use this switch: 1 wire a Fan or Standard Lighting to a HALO HOME Smart Switch (sold separately) and then install and program Accessory Switches wherever wireless multi-way control is needed or 2 For control of HALO HOME Smart Lights, install an Accessory Switch to provide constant power at the fixtures and then program it to wirelessly turn them ON/OFF. Since these switches control any HALO HOME Group or individual Device wirelessly, you can also install them wherever you have 120-Volt power and need HALO HOME control.
- Step 1: install HALO HOME smart lights or devices and enjoy features like groups, schedules and scenes plus on/off and wireless dimming
- Step 2: use the app to claim and program the accessory switch to wirelessly control your HALO HOME products
- Standard loads: use the HALO HOME smart switch (sold separately) to control regular lights and then install and program accessory switches for wireless 3-way or multi-way control
- Smart lights: this switch provides constant power to HALO HOME smart products so they can repeat and respond to any HALO HOME Bluetooth messages
- Cut the cord: HALO HOME products connect securely to your account via Bluetooth mesh and work without any additional hardware
- Design: fits standard decorator wall plates (not included)
- Tech info: provides constant power to 600-Watt of HALO HOME LEDs or pass-thru loads of 720-Watt of inc, 600-Watt LED/CFL/FL/ELV, 600VA MLV or 1/2 HP fan motor
