Story
The Velvet Wave Mirror wraps a conventional reflective field in an unconventional surface material — the frame’s velvet upholstery introduces tactile weight where mirrors typically offer only hard edge. The result is an object that belongs equally to the wall and to the room, present as both aperture and surface.
The undulating frame profile interrupts the strict geometry of square glass, introducing a measured rhythm at the perimeter. It reflects with precision; it reads with softness. The two registers hold without resolving.
