This 1 in. lead-free brass water pressure reducing valve helps protect plumbing systems by lowering incoming water pressure and reducing water consumption. Designed for residential, commercial, and industrial applications, it features a replaceable seat module, double union NPT threaded female connections, and a bypass to manage thermal expansion pressure. With a wide operating range, it is suitable for pressures up to 300 psi (20.7 bar) and adjustable between 25–75 psi (172–517 kPa), factory set at 50 psi (345 kPa). The valve operates reliably within temperatures of 33°F to 160°F (0.5°C to 71°C).
